Intradermal Pigmentation / Permanent Make-up

NO MATTER HOW YOU SAY IT .... IT'S NATURALLY
BEAUTIFUL ALL DAY EVERYDAY!
No more bleeding lipstick No more
drawing on brows No makeup worries.
Although this field has been around for a long time; it is only
gaining popularity in recent years. You must choose your Permanent
Makeup technician carefully. Do not make your decision based on price.
What is most important is the reputation, experience, skill, knowledge,
credentials and training of the permanent makeup artist. Photos should always
be available to see the technicians work.
The first step is a scheduled consultation to obtain a current health history and to obtain pre-treatment advice and procedure information. A follow-up procedure is recommended within 6 weeks. The end result depends on the client's commitment to following post care instructions, the body's ability to heal, and the skill of the technician.
The eyeliner brings a subtle look that will accentuate the shape of the eyes, give the appearance of thicker eyelashes. Thick eyeliner will take more than one session.
The lip liner and full lip color procedure will enhance the natural beauty of the lips by enhancing the lip size, definition, shape and color. There are many colors to choose from ranging from natural tints to vibrant color. The pigments used are natural and made in an FDA approved laboratory . No more bleeding lipstick!
Eyebrows are a must for those who have little or none. This procedure fills in the brow, reshapes or creates brows where there are none. No more worrying about swimming or sports on warm days and the washing or sweating away of your brows.
Your permanent make-up procedure is a decision you should be comfortable with. Please reserve the requested amount of time and follow the pre-treatment advice and procedures to assure your experience will be a positive one.
Permanent Make-up Pre-Treatment Advise and Considerations
If you are having a lip procedure done and have had a history of fever blisters or breakouts of cold sores or mouth ulcers, the procedure is likely to stimulate the problem. You can minimize or prevent an outbreak by obtaining prescription medication for up to 10 days prior and 10 days after the procedure.
Allergy testing is recommended for red pigments one week before the planned procedure. Persons with very sensitive skin and who have a history of allergic reactions should undergo a allergy test prior to a procedure.
Delicate skin areas may swell slightly or become red. It is advised not to make social plans for a the same or next day. Lip procedures may appear slightly swollen and crusty for up to 7 days.
Bring your normal make-up to your appointment. Bring your favorite colored eyebrow pencil and your lipstick and lip pencil of choice.
Please wax or tweeze at least 24 hours before the procedure any unwanted hair on the brows . Do not do electrolysis within 5 days of the procedure.
Eyelashes or eyebrows that are usually dyed should not be done within 48 hours before and 7 days after the procedure.
Contact lens wearers should not wear lenses during the procedure or until the next day after it is done.
Eyeliner procedures can cause your eyes to water or swell slightly. It is recommended that you have someone available to drive you home if it is necessary as a safety precaution.
Do not use aspirin or ibuprofen for 7 days prior to the procedure. No alcohol 24 hours before your appointment. NO caffeine in the same 24 hour period. If at all possible, try to schedule the appointment before and after your menstrual cycle.
I look forward to making this experience a good one and enhancing your natural beauty with intradermal permanent cosmetics.
FAQs
Who would benefit from a permanent cosmetic procedure?
Is the procedure painful?
In permanent makup, topical anesthetics are used to minimize discomfort. Everyone has a different tolerance to pain. It is done with very small needles that deposit color in the dermal layer of the skin. If you feel you want to take an oral medication prior to your procedure, you will need to seek the advise and prescription from a doctor and must plan on someone driving you home after your procedure is completed.
Do I have a choice of colors?
Definitely! In permanent makeup, there is a wide spectrum of colors that you may choose from.
Do I have a choice in the placement of permanent makeup pigments?
YES! We will view photos, draw on shapes and work with your natural brow and facial shape and bone structure. We will agree on shape and placement prior to any implantation. You will have input throughout the permanent makeup procedure as well.
What is involved in permanent makeup recovery?
There will be slight swelling and redness in the skin, which will subside quickly. You may resume normal activities immediately after the procedure. Complete healing of your permanent makeup takes one to six weeks while the pigmentation matures and reaches it's final color.
