By booking an appointment, submitting a form, or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Services Provided
North Dallas Permanent Cosmetics provides permanent makeup and cosmetic tattoo services, including but not limited to microblading, powder brows, combo brows, eyeliner, lip blush, paramedical tattooing, scar camouflage, areola reconstruction, and skin rejuvenation services. All services are performed by a trained and experienced professional.
2. Eligibility
Clients must be 18 years or older to receive services. Valid identification may be required prior to treatment.
3. Consultations & Results
All services are customized based on individual needs, skin type, lifestyle, and personal preferences. Results may vary from person to person. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes, longevity, or healing results.
4. Medical Disclosure
Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, and skin sensitivities prior to treatment. Failure to disclose information may affect results and safety.
5. Appointment Booking & Deposits
Appointments may require a deposit to secure booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable under the cancellation policy outlined below.
6. 48-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may result in loss of deposit.
- No-shows may be charged the full service amount.
- Late arrivals may result in shortened services or appointment cancellation without refund.
7. Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at booking. Prices are subject to change without notice.
8. Touch-Ups & Follow-Ups
Touch-ups, if offered, must be scheduled within the specified timeframe communicated at booking. Additional touch-ups outside that window may incur extra fees.
9. Aftercare Responsibility
Clients are responsible for following all provided aftercare instructions. Improper aftercare may impact results and healing. North Dallas Permanent Cosmetics is not responsible for results affected by failure to follow aftercare guidelines.
10. Photography & Marketing
With client consent, photos and videos may be taken before and after services for documentation, education, and marketing purposes. Personal information will never be shared without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
North Dallas Permanent Cosmetics is not liable for allergic reactions, dissatisfaction with results, or complications resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, failure to follow aftercare, or unrealistic expectations.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, images, logos, and branding are the property of North Dallas Permanent Cosmetics and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
13. Changes to Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
